The fees required to catch any types of wildlife or birds or bacteria pursuant


a.   The chief may recover the required fees from the applicant by making a condition that the whole required fee or its fifty percent to be paid at the beginning and remaining after catching the wildlife
b if any wildlife or birds died during hunting it shall be numbered as hunted and fees required for them shall also be paid
c If Chief officer has know that, who has received the license to catch  any wildlife or birds has been unable to catch any wildlife or any wildlife or bird has not died or been injured during the catching he/she  shall return up to seventy five percent of the amount of the fees that has to be paid by the licensee.
