Operating and Building trust in Online travel agency there is lack of trust. But it is difficult but possible. Creating such link among the team to work more master and building business.

I found one problem in one of our travel sites I am working.

Guest has book room from the Booking.com and another booking by a site I am working. This guest tries to manipulate with the system.

Booking for same room category by booking.com 1 week ago and before arrival days just 2 days ago he books same category room by our sites. He stays at the hotel, booking done from booking.com and cancel the booking date from our site after 24 hours of his arrival. He knows that we have booked a room and sends our offical voucher for Hotel. But he writes the name of our agency even though he sends cancel after 24 hours.
Sometimes he told hotel his booking was from Booking.com and sometimes our sites. In the agent record, there is no record that he has stay in a hotel.

Here comes conflict.
