License to be suspended

If  a crime has been made against the license or permit issued as pursuant to these Rules, then during the proceeding of the case related to such crime, the competent officer having jurisdiction hear such cases may issue an order to suspend the license or permit obtained by the culprit till the decision has not been received on the submission that been made before the Government of Nepal
