Without written order of the chief any person shall not hunt a wildlife or birds by using the following techniques
1. waiting (prowling) in the place used for drinking water, licking salt or soil or taking a bath
2. using any type of trap like darja, damal (tying rope), jaal (net), dharap, (obstracels), khor(cage), or paso (hanging rope)
3. feeding poision or tranquilizing drugs,
4. Using poisonous arms and ammuniation
5. Tuning (blowing) leaves or calling with artificial mimetic voice or playing tape-recorder.
6. Waiting (prowling) in nest or abode
7. Lighting torch or lights.
8. Making a scaffold or a hiding car, jeep, truck, lorry, tractor, airplane, helicopter etc
9. Setting fire in any type of grass or forest with the motive of hunting
10. Taking the help of a dog in hunting a wildlife or taking the help of a domestic bird for the hunting of birds
