Issuing hunting license to a foreign citizen, a condition may be imposed by allowing him/her to go for hunting only with the professional hunting license holder.
If the license officer had realized that any foreign citizen has the ability for hunting without assistance of professional hunter and he/she has been generally acquainted with the act and the rules that has been framed under the act, an exemption may be provided to go for hunting even without the company of professional hunter
